Running Back

Dion Lewis – NE

Rock-paper-scissors? Coin flip? One of those origami, finger fortune teller games? Magic 8 ball? The list is virtually endless. What list? Oh yeah, the list of ways Belichick could possibly determine who’ll get the carries each week… I’m beginning to think all of the above is the correct answer, but who the hell knows? I sure don’t, and it’s been frustrating fantasy players for years.

Now, once again, the Pats have 3 viable options at RB and Belichick is back at it again with the RB roulette – Lewis being the latest winner. Will he see 18 carries again this year… total? Who knows? But, he has does have fresh legs, and definitely needs to be owned.

Wide Receiver

Robby Anderson – NYJ

Over the past 3 weeks, my man is the #8 fantasy WR, hasn’t put up less than 10 fantasy points, has 2 TDs, and is the best Jets receiver (for whatever that’s worth). They’ll continue to be behind in games, so he’ll continue to be involved. He’s in the WR2 conversation from here on out.

John Brown – ARI

Palmer hasn’t been the greatest fantasy option at QB, but it’s not due to his passing numbers. Hint: It’s the turnovers… He’s thrown for multiple TD passes in 8 of his 13 games (5 straight), and has at least 275 yards in 9. Brown appears to finally be healthy, and Michael Floyd is gone – expect him to finish on a high note.

Dontrelle Inman – SD

Since the Chargers Week 11 bye, he’s the #7 fantasy WR, and while his 3 game TD streak came to an end, he faces the Browns this week…

Tight End

Charles Clay – BUF

Clay has 10 catches, 124 yards, and 2 TDs over the past 2 weeks, and with 13 targets over that same timeframe, the Bills clearly want him more involved in the offense. With Watkins back, a strong run game, and 2 favorable match-ups to close out the season, Clay should continue to put in work.

Ryan Griffin – BUF

A concussion is the only thing preventing my weekly C.J. Fiedorowicz devotion, but it’s all good. If he doesn’t play, well, ain’t nothing wrong with silver.
